The Distinguished Raven FAC Memorial Scholarship provides financial assistance to descendants of Lao or Hmong individuals who served alongside forwarding Air Controllers (FACs) in Laos between 1960 and 1975 and are interested in attending college. Students pursuing or planning to pursue a certificate, associate, or bachelor's degree are welcome to apply.
