Requirements

This program is open to veterans who are enrolled or planning to enroll in a degree program at an accredited American institution of postsecondary education as an undergraduate or graduate student.

Membership in Mensa is not required, but applicants must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents.

There are no restrictions as to age, race, gender, level of postsecondary education, GPA, or financial need.

Selection is based on a 550word essay that describes the applicant's career, vocational, and/or academic goals.
