The Donald W. Colbert Scholarship awards need-based scholarships to students who are graduating seniors from a Richmond City Public School. Students who demonstrate academic promise and serve the community are welcome to apply. Students planning to pursue a career in retail or have parents employed in the retail industry will be given special consideration.
