The Donald W. F. Ching Memorial Scholarship is for residents of Hawai'i who are studying for a degree in aviation, international relations, or travel industry management. Recipients who demonstrate financial needs are welcome to apply. Preference is given in this order: to a first-generation college student, and to a candidate with a minimum 3.0 GPA with additional preference given to previous year recipients.
