Requirements

This program is open to students currently enrolled as juniors and planning to continue as seniors at a college or university in Oregon.

Applicants must be sponsored by a chapter of Oregon Eastern Star and be a member or child, grandchild, or greatgrandchild of a member of Eastern Star in Oregon.

They must be able to demonstrate financial need and a satisfactory academic record.
