The Dorothy Whitehurst Heard Scholarship is open to members of Kappa Alpha Theta who live in the greater Houston area of Texas. If no resident of the greater Houston area applies, the award is available to any Kappa Alpha Theta member pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree.
