The Dr. Francis Marion Bruner and Lela Moore Bruner Memorial program support residents from Ferndale, California who are pursuing postsecondary education. Applicants should be studying for a degree in music, physician, nursing, radiology, imaging, or education. Graduating seniors and graduates of Ferndale High School in California are encouraged to apply. Financial needs may be considered in the event of a tie.
