The Dr. Raquel Ontiveros Memorial Scholarship is available to Saginaw County residents who are seeking a degree at a college or university in Michigan. Graduating high school seniors or current college students who are at least 1/4 of Mexican-American ancestry and are planning to study education or teaching are eligible to apply.
