Requirements

This program is open to seniors graduating from high schools in Louisiana and planning to attend college in any state.

Applicants must submit a video of 25 to 30 seconds on 1 of the following public service topics: drunk driving, texting while driving, or distracted driving.

Selection is based on the announcement's creativity (33%), originality (33%), and appropriateness to the theme(33%).
