Requirements

This program is open to students who have been residents of Maryland or the District of Columbia for at least 1 year, have been accepted as a full-time students at an accredited institution of higher education within Maryland or the District, are able to demonstrate financial need, and have a GPA of 2.0 or higher.

Both high school seniors and currentlyenrolled college students may apply.

They must be preparing for a career in business or in education.

Selection is based on scholastic achievement, financial need, SAT or ACT scores, and quality of extracurricular achievements.
