Eastern Sierra Audubon Society Scholarship provides financial assistance to high school seniors in Inyo and Mono counties in California who are planning to attend college in any state to major in any field that will prepare them to promote the ideals of the Audubon Society to conserve and restore natural ecosystems.

Requirements
  • This program is open to seniors graduating from high schools in Inyo or Mono counties in California and planning to enroll at a college or university in any state.
  • Applicants must be interested in studying a field that will enable them to promote the ideas of the Audubon Society to "conserve and restore natural ecosystems, focusing on birds, other wildlife, and their habitats, for the benefit of humanity and the earth's biological diversity." Eligible fields of study include art, science, education, advocacy, habitat conservation, journalism, literature, law, public policy, environmental justice, or outdoor recreation.
