Requirements

This program is open to residents of New York who are registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, or nurses developing a home or community-based care business.

Applicants must have a plan for or be engaged in an entrepreneurial venture utilizing nursing or related to home and communitybased services.

They must be interested in taking classes or training that will improve their ability to manage their organization or venture successfully.

Financial need is considered in the selection process.

Recipients are required to submit a letter to the foundation at the end of the funded program describing the effect the class or training has had on their business.
