Higgins, Jr. Scholarship recognizes residents of designated towns in Connecticut who are seeking an associate or bachelor's degree in building vocations, building technologies, or business on a full-time basis. Students who demonstrate merit through academic standing are welcome to apply. Financial need may also be considered.
