Requirements

This program is open to graduates of high schools in New York who have been accepted as a first-year student at a college, university, or trade school in any state.

Applicants must be the child or grandchild of an active or retired postmaster, manager, supervisor, or associate who is a member of the UPMA. They must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
