Requirements

This program is open to high school seniors, high school graduates, GED recipients, and students enrolled in at least 2 undergraduate classes at an accredited 2- or 4-year college or university in any state.

Applicants must be provided a service or live in a household managed by a member agency of the North Central Regional Council (NCRC) of the National Association of Housing and Redevelopment Officials (NAHRO), which serves Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, and Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, Ohio, and Wisconsin.

They must be sponsored by their agency.
