Requirements

This program is open to seniors graduating from high schools in West Virginia who plan to attend a college or university in any state.

Applicants must be planning to major in a field related to environmental studies, including horticulture, landscape design, forestry, botany, conservation, land management, environmental concerns, geology, or a related field.

Selection is based on academic achievement (30%), financial need (30%), character (15%), career commitment (15%), and variety of school and community involvement (10%).
