Requirements

This program is open to full-time undergraduate and graduate students of Ukrainian ancestry at any of 33 specified colleges and universities in the United States and Canada.

Applicants must submit a biographical essay of 200 to 300 words describing their accomplishments, ambitions, aptitudes, and reasons for seeking higher education.

They may be studying any field.

Financial need is considered in the selection process.
