Requirements

This program is open to dependents younger than 26 years of age of federal civilian employees who are graduating high school seniors or students enrolled or planning to enroll at an accredited college, university, trade school, or graduate program.

Applicants must complete the sponsor's free financial literacy course.

They must be able to demonstrate an active role in community and volunteer activities.

Traditional students must have a GPA of 3.5 or higher.

Nontraditional students must submit 2 letters of recommendation from current or previous supervisors.

All applicants must include an essay on why they believe they are deserving of this scholarship.
