The Fernando & Olga Niebla Scholarship is for residents of Orange County, California who are high school seniors or community college transfer students who are planning to enroll at a 4-year college or university. Successful applicants should plan to major in science, engineering, or business. Latino or Latina first-generation college students who demonstrate a history of community service are welcome to apply.
