Requirements

This program is open to Hawaii residents who are graduating high school seniors, of Filipino ancestry and enrolling full-time at a college or university in the state.

Applicants must have a high school GPA of 3.5 or higher.

Selection is based primarily on financial need; other selection criteria include scholastic achievement (measured by transcripts and SAT or ACT scores), educational goals, and extracurricular interests.
