Requirements

This program is open to seniors graduating from 23 designated high schools in communities that include El Dorado Hills, Folsom, Placerville, Rancho Cordova, Rocklin, Roseville, and Shingle Springs.

Applicants must be planning to enroll at a college, university, or community college in any state and major in a field of performing arts, including dance, film/television/radio (acting, video production, and testing, directing, or sound engineering), music (instrumental or voice), or theater (acting, directing, or technical theater).

They must be currently involved in school performing activities (e.g., band, choir, theater) and have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
