The Ford Opportunity Scholarship recognizes parents or adult learners who want to earn their degrees. This program awards need-based scholarships to students in the state of Oregon or Siskiyou County in California. Students who participate in extracurricular activities and are seeking an associate or bachelor's degree full-time in Oregon or California are welcome to apply.
