Requirements

This program is open to residents of the 50 United States, the U.S. territories, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico who are currently enrolled as an undergraduate at an accredited post-secondary institution of higher learning.

Applicants must submit an essay of 800 to 2,000 words on a topic that relates to the foreclosure of real estate; recently, students were asked to write leaseto-own options.

Selection is based on writing ability (25%), creativity (25%), originality (25%), and overall excellence (25%).
