Requirements

This program is open to dependent children and spouses of active-duty, retired, or deceased military personnel who live within 40 miles of Fort Campbell, Kentucky.

Children must be enrolled or planning to enroll as fulltime undergraduate or graduate students at a college or vocational school in any state; spouses may enroll full or part-time.

All applicants must possess a military identification card.

At least 1 parent must be a member of the Fort Campbell Spouses' Club.

Selection is based on academic achievement, personal achievement, and community involvement; financial need is not considered.
