Requirements

This program is open to residents of the Fort Meade area of Maryland who is graduating high school seniors or continuing students enrolled or planning to enroll full-time at an accredited college, university, or vocational school in any state.

Applicants must be dependent children younger than 23 years of age of military members from any branch, including active duty, retired, deceased, Reserve, or National Guard.

They must have a record of active involvement in their school and/or local community.
