The Frank P. Chinigo Scholarship recognizes students from the 42 approved towns in Eastern Connecticut. Students enrolled at the University of Connecticut College of Agriculture, Health and Natural Resources (CAHNR) are encouraged to apply. If no eligible student is attending UConn CAHNR, special consideration is given to students at any college who suffer from arthritis or other physical disabilities.
