The Franklin/Lowther Nursing Scholarship program supports students seeking an associate degree in nursing from Tarrant County College. Applicants should intend to pursue a bachelor's degree in nursing following the completion of TCC’s RN program. Students with financial need are encouraged to apply. Students who are pursuing a career in hospital nursing or oncology nursing receive special consideration.
