Requirements

This program is open to seniors graduating from high schools in Oregon or in Clark County, Washington, and planning to attend an accredited 2- or 4-year college or university in any state (although 1 scholarship is reserved for a student planning to attend college in Oregon or Washington).

Applicants must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents, be active in school and community affairs, and have a GPA of 3.5 or higher.

Selection is based on scholarship, leadership in school, community activities, and financial need.
