Requirements

This program is open to full-time students at law schools in any state who come from diverse backgrounds, defined to include Black or African American, Hispanic, Asian, Native American, LGBTQIA+, and multiracial individuals, as well as all women.

Selection is based on demonstrated academic excellence, service to the profession, service to the community, and service to the cause of diversity.
