This program is open to seniors graduating from high schools in Vermont and planning to enroll at a college or university in any state.

Applicants must be planning to major in agriculture education, agronomy, biology, botany, city (urban and rural) planning, entomology, environmental concerns (conservation, engineering, law, management), floriculture, forestry, habitat or forest systems ecology, horticulture, land management, landscape design, plant pathology or science, wildlife science, or a related subject.
