Garinger Scholarship for High School and College Students provides financial assistance to high school seniors and college students from Kansas who are interested in studying foreign languages at a college in any state.

Requirements

This program is open to residents of Kansas who are either graduating high school seniors or freshmen at a college or university in any state.

Applicants must be interested in studying foreign languages.

They must be nominated by a member of the Kansas World Language Association (KSWLA).

Nominees must submit a brief narrative explaining why they desire to continue foreign language study.
