Gary and Deborah Altrup Scholarship provides financial assistance to high school seniors who have held leadership positions in Missouri DECA and are interested in studying marketing or related fields at a college in any state.

Requirements

This program is open to high school seniors who are members of Missouri DECA and have a GPA of 3.5 or higher.

Applicants must 1) hold or have held a DECA leadership position at the chapter or state level, and/or have attended a state or national DECA Leadership Conference, and 2) have participated and placed in DECA competition at the state and/or national level during any year of DECA involvement.

They must be interested in attending an accredited 2 or 4-year postsecondary institution in any state to continue their study of business administration, entrepreneurship, finance, management, marketing, or a related field.
