GAWP Frontline Undergraduate Scholarship provides financial assistance to members of the Georgia Association of Water Professionals (GAWP) and their families who work in a "frontline" position and are interested in attending college in any state.

Requirements

This program is open to high school seniors and graduates who are enrolled or planning to enroll in an undergraduate or training program at a recognized college, university, community college, junior college, or technical training school in any state.

Applicants or their parents must have an active, individual membership in GAWP and work in a "frontline" position, defined to include operators, superintendents, laboratory technicians, customer service specialists, and CAD operators, but to exclude managers and engineers.

They may be majoring in any field.

Selection is based on academic record (measured by GPA and SAT/ACT scores), extracurricular and civic activities, and community service.
