The Generation Google Scholarship is available to CSSI graduating high school seniors or undergraduate students who are enrolled or planning to enroll in a university in the U.S. or Canada. Students seeking a degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field are welcome to apply. Students who are a member of a group that is historically underrepresented in the technology industry receive special consideration.

Graduating high school senior or undergraduate student

Seeking a bachelor's degree in the U.S. or Canada

Studying for a degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field as a fulltime student

Exemplify leadership and commitment to improving the representation of underrepresented groups in computer science and technology

Proven academic success

Demonstrate financial need Preference is given to students who are a member of a group that is historically underrepresented in the technology industry such as women, Black/African American, Hispanic/Latinx, American Indian, Native Hawaiian/Pacific Islander.
