  • This program is open to active-duty servicemembers, veterans, and spouses and children of active-duty or retired servicemembers (including Reserves and National Guard for all categories).
  • Applicants must be high school seniors or graduates, undergraduates, or graduate students enrolled or planning to enroll at an accredited college, university, or junior college.
  • They must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
