Requirements

This program is open to 1) children whose parent or legal guardian is employed by any company in the fastener industry and is preparing for a career in that industry; and 2) employees of companies who are currently enrolled in a course of education related to their job.

Applicants may be at any level of their college or postcollege career.

Selection is based on that essay, academic achievements (including SAT or ACT scores for high school seniors), and recommendations; financial need is considered but is not required.
