Requirements

This program is open to seniors graduating from high schools in Colorado and current college students who are members of DeMolay, Job's Daughters, or Rainbow Girls.

Applicants must be enrolled or planning to enroll fulltime at a college, university, or trade school in any state.

In the selection process, the greatest emphasis is placed on involvement and participation in activities of the youth organization to which they belong.
