Requirements

This program is open to seniors who attend high schools within the Golden West Telecommunications service area and whose families are Golden West customers.

Applicants must be planning to enroll full time at an accredited postsecondary institution in any state.

Selection is based on academic achievement; leadership in school, civic, and other extracurricular activities; personal character; and motivation to serve and succeed.
