The Grace & Bob King Scholarship is available to graduates of public high schools in Ector County, Texas. Students who attend Odessa College, the University of Texas of the Permian Basin, or are planning to pursue or are pursuing a degree in healthcare at Texas Tech University Health Services Center (Midland or Odessa campus) are encouraged to apply.
