Requirements

This program is open to enrolled members of the Grand Portage Reservation of Chippewa who are residents of Minnesota.

Applicants must be enrolled or planning to enroll at an accredited college, university, or vocational school in Minnesota at least threequarter time as an undergraduate or half-time as a graduate student They must be able to demonstrate financial need.
