Requirements

This program is open to residents of the greater Cincinnati area of Ohio who is graduating high school seniors or students already enrolled at a college, university, or vocational/technical school in any state.

Applicants must be 1) a veteran of the U.S. armed forces who was discharged under honorable conditions and who either served on active duty for reasons other than training or, while serving on active duty for training, incurred a serviceconnected disability; 2) children, stepchildren, adopted children, grandchildren, or another dependent in legal custody of veterans, up to 27 years of age; and 3) spouses of veterans in current marital status.

They must be attending or planning to attend a college, university, or vocational/technical school in any state.

Selection is based on academic achievement, community involvement, school activities, and financial need.

U.S. citizenship is required.
