Minimum 2.5 GPA.

Graduating high school senior or current undergraduate at a 4year college or university.

Resident of the GWUL service area (Washington, D.C. and the Maryland counties of Prince George's and Montgomery).

Seeking a bachelor's degree.

Black/African American, African, AfroCaribbean, and/or Afro-Latino.

Participate in community service.

Demonstrate financial need.
