The Hach Land Undergraduate Scholarship is available to undergraduate students who attend one of the American Chemical Society partner institutions and intend to teach high school chemistry after graduation. Students planning to study in a chemistry -related program are welcome to apply. Recipients are chosen for their demonstration of financial need.

  • Studying chemistry, agricultural chemistry, biochemistry, ceramic science chemistry or technology, chemical engineering, chemical technology, environmental science, engineering, forensic science, chemistry food science, industrial chemistry, materials science or petroleum engineering, nanotechnology or nanoscience paper and pulp technology, or toxicology
  • Fulltime student
  • Enrolled at a 4year partner institution
  • Intend to teach high school chemistry after graduation
