This program is open to graduating high school seniors whose parent has been OHSBCA member for at least 5 years.

Applicants must be planning to enroll at a college or university in any state.

They must submit information on their class rank, GPA, SAT and/or ACT scores, and activities (e.g., high school, community, music, sports, art, Scouts, religious).
