Requirements

Active OCA members may nominate 1 or more people to receive these scholarships.

Nominees must be active members or children of members enrolled in or planning to enroll in an associate, bachelor's, or graduate degree program at an accredited college, university, or technical school in any state.

They must be working on a degree in criminology, psychology, social work, sociology, or a related field.

U.S. citizenship and documentation of financial need are required.
