Harper PTO Scholarship

About the Scholarship

The Harper PTO Scholarship is open to seniors graduating from Harper High School in Texas. Applicants must have performed community service and be able to submit letters of reference describing their commitment to that service. Selection is based on the level of community service and their commitment to that service as verified by the letters. This program is sponsored by the Harper Parents and Teachers Organization (PTO) and offered through the Community Foundation of the Texas Hill Country.
