Requirements

This program is open to DECA members in the high school or Delta Epsilon Chi (collegiate) division.

Applicants must intend to work full time on a 2 or 4-year degree in marketing, entrepreneurship, or management.

Complete applications are to be submitted to the state adviser.

Each state is told the number of applications it may forward to the national organization.

Selection is based on DECA involvement, leadership ability, community service, and academic performance.

The program is meritbased, but applicants may include a statement documenting their financial need and it will be reviewed.
