Graduating senior attending the NC School of Science and Mathematics, the UNC School of the Arts High School, or a North Carolina registered home school who has a permanent home in the 29county region, North Carolina

Seeking a professional certification or associate degree

Participation in community service, extracurricular activities, or work

Exhibit strong moral character and academic achievement
