The Harvey E. & Marguerite Sandstrom McDowell Scholarship is offered to residents or natives of Bertrand who are high school graduates or GED equivalent or graduating seniors or graduates of Bertrand High School. Students seeking a professional certification or undergraduate degree in a minimum two-year program are welcome to apply. Applicants pursuing a career in a health field or mortuary science will be given special consideration.
