Requirements

This program is open to seniors graduating from public and private high schools in Hawaii.

Applicants must be planning to enroll full time at a 4year college or university in Hawaii or on the mainland.

Selection is based on academic achievement, financial need, personal involvement in campus and community activities, and employment experience.

Rotarians and their spouses, children, grandchildren, stepchildren, brothers, and sisters are ineligible.

U.S. citizenship is required.
